Biography
Attack minded defender Smith joined town from Marske United in November 2023 on the back of an initial loan spell.Capable of being as effective offensively as he defensively, the right-back began his career with Hartlepool United. From there, he moved on to York City in 2017.
Smith spent a years with the Minstermen before heading to the Northern Premier League Division One East, joining Frickley Athletic in 2018.
He went on to link up with Marske two years later and became a reliable, committed member of the club's squad, playing an integral role in their rise up from the Northern League into the Northern Premier League Premier Division.
