Whitby Town manager Nathan Haslam says that Saturday's trip to Macclesfield is a "great opportunity for the lads to go out and express themselves" as he maintains his faith in his side climbing the league table.
Saturday's clash in the North West will be somewhat different to the standard league fixture with a 3,000 plus attendance expected at The Leasing.com Stadium against the reformed Silkmen.
Despite the challenge that the home side pose, Haslam has confidence in his team given Town's impressive result on the road at Hyde United on Tuesday night.
"In terms of the ground and the crowd, it's not going to be too dissimilar to Bristol Rovers," said the Town boss. "My lads love playing to a crowd and I think they'll certainly rise to the occasion.
"These are the type of games that you want to play in but we know we're coming up against a massive club who want to go places and I expect them to do that with the backing they've got.
"Unfortunately for them, at this time, it's probably not going to plan but it shows the strength of the league that we're in. At the level, I'd say it's the most difficult league in the country.
"They will acclimatise and they will get to where they want to be but for us, we want to play football and we want to go out there and enjoy it. We want to play on the front foot and we want to score goals which we are doing at the moment."
The Seasiders now have the opportunity to show their true league birth with a number of fixtures on the horizon following several postponements due to a run to the Emirates FA Cup First Round Proper and the recent poor weather conditions.
"We've got our own aspirations of getting into the play-offs," Haslam added.
"We don't every worry about the opposition. Games like Saturday are going to be tough going but we've shown plenty of qualities so far and hopefully we can do that again on Saturday.
"We want to give the fans something to shout about and hopefully we can take something away from the game."
