Neil joined up with the Whitby Town coaching staff in the summer of 2021.Ince has made a name for himself as a top goalkeeping coach in the area having developed and coached at the Teeside Keeper School which he continues to run alongside his role with the Seasiders.
He has also worked with the Norton & Stockton Ladies team in the Women's National League.
