Whitby Town will entertain Northern Premier League Division One North West side in their second home pre-season friendly.
Marske, managed by Carl Jarett, will travel to the Towbar Express Stadium on Saturday 5th September for a 3pm kick off.
Due to the current restrictions in place, we can only allow a maximum of 600 spectators at the game but after a review of the number of pre-purchased tickets bought we will allow supporters to pay on the gate. Contactless payments, or cash payments with correct change would be appreciated. For those who are unable to attend there will be regular updates on Twitter, as well as half-time and full-time updates on Facebook. There will be no live stream available for this match.
Tickets are priced at £6 for adults, £4 for concessions and £2 for all under-16s.
Blues manager Chris Hardy has no new injury concerns with only Jonathan Burn missing out after an operation this summer.
Looking at the game, the Seasiders boss is expecting a tough encounter against a side who have several former players among their ranks.
"It will be similar to last Saturday when we played a Stockton side with a lot of former Whitby players," Hardy said.
"It may add a little bit of spice to the game but we’ve got to ignore that and focus on ourselves and make the right strides as we get closer to the start of the new season.
"We expect the game to be quite a bit different to midweek as it’s now a case of two proper non-league sides coming head to head. I hope we will see a good, competitive game of football."
