This year's meeting will take place in Turnbull's Bar on Friday, 28th June, starting at 7pm.
Club officials will be preparing reports prior to the meeting for distribution to club members on the night. These include reports from the Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer, plus several more individuals.
The meeting will also give attendees a chance to elect and re-elect Board members ahead of the 2024/25 season.
The full agenda for the evening will be published on whitbytownfc.com closer to the event so members know what to expect as discussion points.
After all club reports have been covered, members will the be given the opportunity to ask any questions they have to the Board of Directors.
